Vote 2020
Digital and social campaign for the AIDS Foundation Chicago to encourage their audiences to vote in the 2020 election.

As Senior Graphic Designer at AIDS Foundation Chicago, I led art direction and design for all of their brand campaigns and events. With a strong history of promoting activism and civic participation among their communities, the foundation was eager to encourage voter participation in the 2020 presidential election. While they could not endorse a particular political candidate, they wanted to educate their audiences on the key issues that affected the HIV-positive and LGBTQ+ communities in Chicago and Illinois. I led the development of a brand campaign that included logo design, animation, website and social media design that educated their audiences around key issues they faced in the 2020 election and encouraged voter participation. Final designs featured a patriotic color palette, bold typography direction and textured, stylized images to help illustrate the issues at hand and their communities, particularly gay and bisexual people of color.
