Tee Up to End AIDS Logo Revamp and Campaign

Tee Up to End AIDS is an annual golf outing hosted by the AIDS Foundation of Chicago. As the event continued to grow in popularity, it was decided to revamp the existing logo into something more modern. The resulting logo features a crisp, flat design, while featuring a thin, vintage inspired typography treatment reminiscent of vintage golf ads. The "P" in "up" is formed with the flagstick, a familiar image on the golf course, while the flag intersects the "D" in "End". Besides giving the logo dimension, it also references a popular way of distinguishing zero from the letter O, a circle with a line through it (as in Ø). The number zero represents two important aspects in ending the HIV/AIDS epidemic: zero new HIV infections and zero people living with HIV who are not receiving treatment.
